
Pineapple Beef Stir-Fry
- 1-lb. beef flank or boneless top sirloin steak, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup A.1. Steak Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 (8-oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained, reserving 1/3 cup juice
- 1/2 cup minced green onion
- hot cooked rice
Mix beef, steak sauce and cornstarch until well coated. Drain beef, reserving steak sauce
mixture. Cook and stir beef strips in hot oil in large skillet for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add pineapple chunks, onion, reserved pineapple juice and steak sauce mixture; heat to a
boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Serve over rice.
