Discovery Online Chef Cam
If you've always wanted to go to culinary school, here's your chance to take a sneak peek.
Discovery Online's Chef Cam is trained on Kitchen No. 2 at the Connecticut Culinary Institute (CCI) in Farmington, Conn. From 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. ET, CCI students in Foundation Block, a beginning class, learn basic skills. In the afternoon (from 2 to 6 p.m.), students specializing in pastry and baking enter the scene. If you're not impressed by what's currently happening in the kitchen, visit the "best of ChefCam."
