
Macaroni & Cheese Souffle
2 cups elbow macaroni
1/4 cup butter
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs
2 cups milk
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. Combine with butter. Beat together eggs and milk. Add to macaroni & butter, along with rest of ingredients (cube cream cheese to allow even incorporation). Place into a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
